In our last installment, you Iczers had to jump through a lot of hoops to come up with your contest entries. The odd thing is, I received a record number of entries despite this. That doesn't change the fact that many players found it difficult to build a file around such a detailed set of guidelines, so this time we're simplifying things.
Today class we will be going over the fundamentals of Rankings. Beware the Primclone; be ready to backlash or raise your levels. First turn shade is always a good idea for Lawtia. Mercenary makes any deck better and don't underestimate the power of a Wizard Kingdom file.
Alot of people don't realize that we have a forum for advanced strategies. Okay, most of you laugh. Did you know we have a comprehensive Rule Book as well? Most of it is for beginners and you should point them to it or us when they have questions. But something that's invaluable is the Master Stack Resolution. For those of you who are not living under a (shadowy) rock, today is CREEP LIKE A NINJA DAY. Another important internet-spawned holiday struggling to gain the kind of recognition Talk Like a Pirate Day enjoys. Here at Alteil we like Creep Like a Ninja Day so much, we're declaring all next week Creep Like a Ninja Week!
That means we're having a Creep Like a Ninja 5 of 7 week. For those who don't know, if you duel in the ranked arenas (not training or single player) on five different days within a 7 day period (from Monday, December 7th until the following Sunday) you get a participation prize and entered into a drawing for a grand prize.
Tips: to play for a day, you only need to duel once, win or lose, but your match must go at least 10 turns. Also, the time is EST, which is GMT-5 hours. Midnight is the cutoff time each day, but be careful about playing too close to midnight because if your math is off or if the match goes too long, you might end up being counted for the wrong day.
So this time, in honor of ninjas, the Grand Prize will be a pair of Assassin Team EX Cards, and THREE lucky winners will get the Grand Prize! Everyone else who qualifies will get the participation prize, a Ninja Outfit for their Avatar (not available in the shop) and 5 Point Cards!
