Rules
All cards in file must be 3 copy's including ss and grims. So each card you use in file must be a complete set of 3
Also all ss must be a 3 star or lower
Also all ex cards are allowed
Tourney lay out
Double elimination: You have to be defeated twice to be eliminated except in the final match.
Final is best of 1. That means that the player from the higher bracket does not have an advantage during the final match. It is "winners takes all."

Also remember to send files to me or jazzock since he is my assistant for this tourney so we may see if the deck is qualified

I'll sign up as assistant host (I THINK I'm free that day) if you're accepting them. And just to confirm (for both me and the players), are you considering EX cards as above 3* or as 3* equivalent for the soul skills?

You should remove the condition on soul skills. It is hard to make something working.
And they won't be a card you use 2 copies with your current rules.

You have 30 cards = 3 x 10.

And if you allow EX it will be a buncles party.
