Icyman's Starter Tourney Feedback

So the Plan is to rate the various Tournament Hosts here on the forums, and use that to determine how fast the hosts raise through the Tiers. Obviously, as this is the component to the Community Tournament Rules that has the most unknowns, it is the most likely to undergo changes in the upcoming weeks, but for now... gotta start somewhere.

EDIT: remember, you can pick up to 5 options, so effectively you can award the Host up to five 'points'. IE, just checking off one of the positive options is a score of '1' while checking off all 5 is a score of '5'.

21 votes only 16 players and alts. Maybe better if people post their votes so you can identify and count the votes of only the right people.

Technically there were only 16 participants. However, everyone can give a maximum of 5 points for a total of +80.
And yes I would very much like feedback.
