If you are having problems with PlaySpan please open a support ticket immediately.

All development effort has been paused until PlaySpan is stable.

If PlaySpan is not resolved promptly we may be forced to revert to PayPal.

Again, if you are having issues with playspan please open a support ticket via the support site so we can
1) Resolve your issues manually if needed.
2) Have a physical record and proof of what happened.

We have reverted to PayPal, which is working fine.

Everyone who had a problem getting gran should have gotten taken care of.

PlaySpan is back online.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with the merchant. The sooner we know the better.
