Eh, props to them but I'm not exactly losing sleep over being outdone by another guild. It's just a random courtesy reminder.

Well, I suppose notifying the public can't hurt either, but I am seriously considering disbanding OBK due to inactivity/disinterest within a week or so depending on the response of current members and I guess outside community members.

TY for the complement but, please, this is not a competition.
For this to become a competition both parties must be on equal grounds... i.e guild level and number of members.

Also, I don't think you can compare your guild to ours yet considering our guild is trying to mold its own role in the Alteil community while your guild is just now getting off the ground (very rapidly).

Like I said to a few of my guild members Tuesday... I can easily see both our guilds competing for #1 spot in weekly ranking one day soon.
Let's just hope that the Alteil community grows and it's not only our guilds fighting for #1.

We could absorb some of the OBK peeps inside GA if you will disband it. We need veterans to teach newbies too.

You could join, at the moment I'm very open to recruitment. The reason I'm thinking about closing the guild is because it's feels very inactive atm.

Being an outside community member I do not really know the mechanics or activity of OBK. But I do think it would be a shame to see it go. As a very new player I remember having a lot of admiration for the players in this guild as it was one of the oldest, most active, and best in Alteil at the time. I like that OBK has a long history and I have pretty much always encountered good sportsmanship and pleasant matches from its members, which I sadly cannot say of some other big guilds. Not sure what I could do to see to its preservation...I have started playing Alteil more regularly but have a long way to go from intermediate to experienced and my player style is more johnny/vorthos than spike.
