Alteil email newsletter

Hi, I have not been receiving email newsletters lately. Seems like the last one that I got was several weeks ago. Normally, this isn't a big deal since I play the game every day and can read the news on the home page. But now that serial numbers will be included in the email newsletters I need to find out why I am not receiving them. I clicked on the Manage Account tab and entered my email. I got an error message saying that my email is already in use. Which seems to confirm that I should be getting the newsletter. I used to get all the newsletters, but since the game has restarted sans Gamepot I don't know if I've gotten more than one (maybe two). I've checked all the obvious solutions on my end such as my Spam folder and making sure the emails are not blocked. Any help would be appreciated.

What day of the week are the news letters typically sent? Just curious so I can check to see if I am getting them.

Also, do you think it would help to unsubscribe and then resubscribe?

I have no idea, I'm not the one that handles the newsletter-usually it's sent out on the weekends (I believe).

Can anyone give the serial as I'm locked from my email account.

I got the serial from another player. I will PM it to you as I don't know if Rom or the GM's would consider it poor etiquette to post it here.

Until I start to get the email news letter once again I would appreciate it if some players saved the serial in their email and sent it to me via a PM. I will also stick my head in the chat a couple of times a week. When I do I'll check for the serial there as well. Thanks in advance.

I got the email news letter this past weekend. Woo! Too bad it did not have a serial in it this time.
