Where is it exactly?

You said there was one in the recent mail, but all we could find was some mail redirecting feature(see link below) that does NOT reward the sender. There is also nothing mentioned in the mail besides this, leading to further confusion between my friends and me, we've been searching and there's no mention of it anywhere, there's nothing ingame, in Web or anywhere else, not being able to start the game at all.

I'm really trying to help us both here, so please, tell me how to access it?

I suggest a reward for both player and friend. On reachin lvl 15 by a deadline a few months the friend gets a prebuilt and the sender gets 2 pt card similar to the jp system

Well it wasn't ANYWHERE when I posted the original and it wasn't included in mail, so I obviously couldn't tell where it was.

It's p much clear to me now.
