I don't even know if those numbers refer to card usage, file win rate, or whatever. You can find some numbers In the Circle threads though. Icyman and Sunbun posted 20-30+ win streaks using UNDERDOG Carbuncles and this was BEFORE Set 11 and Violet. Now they are much stronker. Are those numbers relevant or not?

None of us got to 30 streak ever. 20 streak once but that was after violet came out.

Can someone explain what was the purpose of nerfing 5* Emana so it couldn't interact with 4* Emana and then releasing a card that interacts with 4* Emana in exactly the same fashion that the 5* Emana nerf was designed to prevent?

We didn't want to prevent combos with 4* Emana, just with the 5* Emana. The reason why is because 5* Emana is very powerful on her own without 4* Emana, she can even be played in nontribal files. The EX relies on 4* Emana, if she falls then you have a unit that perm debuffs your own units and this LV2 mermaid is currently requires "out-of-sphere" levels.
