I am completely sure Lucky Iczer does not include the results of the Girl Lotto, because I pulled new Yuni, Bride Eskatia and Complete Noze the past week and my Iczer name does not appear in the list at all.
And about the 1 by 1 pulls, I will gladly test those again. IIRC those pulls were less riskier than the 10 or 20 pulls, but still less efficient than 99 ones.
