5th quest achievement wont complete.

I bought an avatar item to complete the quest, here is me.


Did i do something wrong? Or is this really not working?

Did you try to unequip and re-equip it? If you put it on right after you purchased it it may not qualify for the objective.

Sometimes there is just a longer than normal delay in getting quests to complete and then getting confirmation mail. Other times you just have to refresh the browser.

Yes, this game has a lot of problems that appear beyond repair.

Nope, never fixed it. there is a rumor that if you do it in Internet Explorer it will work,
Try Opening Avatar manger, then Click Top Page then avatar manager again, these are steps I have heard, but Nope i cant get it to work.

The avatar system did work with Firefox, but the 5th achievement didn's anyway. I tried everything I read on this forum. I also wrote to the support, but I have had no reply yet (only the ticket number mail). I also see that this problem is not a new one. So I start to think that I'll have to give up all the Quest.

After 1 week I didnt receive any reply to my mails to the support service. Since this is the very first quest of the game, my enthusiasm has now decreased to zero

Don't send e-mail through the game system; I've never once received a reply doing that. Send an e-mail through your own e-mail account. Logress actually answers those.
