I have the old starter files before they upgraded them - I joined in 2009 but then went inactive for a long time before rediscovering this game.

Everyone with an existing account should have a starter switcher card-they were all automatically added-unless you recycled it.

I don't understand - if I use starter switch, I get all four starters? I just thought it meant I could replace the starters I have with a different color starter deck.

As the system works currently, if you use the starter switch card you will lose your old starter and obtain the 4 new starters (shielded of course) for free.

I recommend you do so if you have no attachment to your current one.

Looks like I lose my Zagars, one Folrart Shield Knight, 2 KPs, my Folrart Dual-Wield Soldier, a Ruby Carbuncle, my Priests of the Holy Word, and a couple grims I like (Blessing and Disarmament) in exchange for the ability to have starters in the other spheres (since I have all of the other cards in the Refess starter file already)... I have to think about that.

There are some standard cards outside of the starters, I think you can find out which cards specifically somewhere on the main website. I'm not sure, but I think they are the same cards as the ones that come with the old starters.
