Pulled 60 (in increments) and got 11 2*s and rest 1*. I felt like I somehow managed to pull the normal lotto.

the rates are pretty much just like normal lotto. Maybe a bit better. Unless your lucky enough to get a complete set card do not count on it though

Don't expect official postings about what the rates are. AngelicDeath has performed a reasonable level of analysis on what you can expect in a thread in GD though. The community reported their results and he crunched the numbers to give players an idea as to what the rates might be.

Just to let everyone know, the data from the last rarity up lotto showed that the recycle % was around 95%. That's probably the best deal you're ever going to see in this game (Unless they decide to lower the recycling values in the future but that's probably very unlikely). The thing is, though, if you only spend a small amount of gran there's a good chance you'll get only 1 stars due to the lotto's 10 gran cost. It only makes sense most of the pulls will be 1 stars to balance it out; however, if you spend at least 1k gran or so you should generally be getting quite a few 3 stars and at least a 4 star.

With the ridiculously high recycle rate, it's generally almost like you're paying 5 cents per 1 star, 10 cents per 2 star, 30 cents per 3 star, $1.50 per 4 star, and $3 per 5 star.
