I'd get a third mayleen myself, but out of those two, I'd choose alphonce

if you have 1-2 asuet/distier for SS then definetly alphonce.

Let's see... "Roaming Predator" or "The Solar Eclipse"
A roaming predator is kinda cool cause that means he doesn't have a specific target, he just roams around till he finds one. I'm not sure what to make of a man who calls himself "The Solar Eclipse" ... but I'll tell you this, I would certainly not trust that man.
I assume you'll make the right decision.

Asuet's damage is not that great anymore with all the 30/30s and high HP units. If you really want the 40dmg + 1SP, the SS of the EX cards serve a similar role in 1st SS situations, plus they hit directly at HP (take that 30/30s).
Alphonce has saved my butt on countless occasions as an endgame SS. Plus he's got an extra shiny little star on his card
